ABOUT THE 48 HOUR FILM PROJECT

"The 48 Hour Film Project is a wild and sleepless weekend in which you and a team make a movie - write, shoot, and edit - in just 48 hours. On Friday night, teams draw a genre from a hat. They are then given a character, prop and line to include in their films. On Sunday night, in a wild dash to the drop off event, the film is turned in - and teams celebrate. The film is then screened at a local theater in front of an audience of filmmakers, friends and families." - from 48hourfilm.com

Fake Film School joined 30+ teams in the Oklahoma City area to make an entire short film in 48 hours. Crazy thanks to everyone involved who sacrificed their weekend (and a good amount of sleep) and helped make this short film happen. Our team drew our two genre options (Dark Comedy and Time Travel) and we were on our way.

Oklahoma City's 2016 48 Hour Film Race Required Elements:

• Character - Mark or Maureen Linderville, Illustrator
• Prop - an auto part
• Line of Dialogue - "I have a surprise for you."
